Since 1990, New Reach has worked to further its mission to inspire independence for those affected by homelessness and poverty through a continuum of housing and support using the most innovative and progressive methods.

New Reach is looking for a highly enthusiastic and self-motivated Compliance Specialist to join a dynamic Quality Assurance team.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Coordinate and participate in external funder audits, including preparation of pre-review materials and outcome/benchmark reports
  • Oversee submission of funder and internal reports for timely and accurate submission
  • Maintain list of agency contracts, reporting requirements, and renewal deadlines
  • Take a lead role in contract execution for new and renewal contracts
  • Coordinate with Finance and Program Directors/Managers to oversee contractual requirements (services and outcomes) and overall program compliance
  • Implement tracking and reporting systems to maintain compliance with CARF accreditation, state, and federal standards and requirements



  • BS/BA degree and 5 years of compliance or quality assurance experience, Master's preferred
  • Experience with database management
  • Experience with HMIS software preferred
